Workshop 3: (Strategy & Change)
  • Understand the utility of a problem solving and change management model
  • Investigate the criteria and capabilities that are associated with Strategic Leadership
  • Explore contemporary thinking with respect to Leadership, Strategy and Culture
Workshop 4: (Feedback & Leadership Behaviours)
  • Develop our ability to optimise our interactions with others
  • Understand the requirement to use Feedback to develop your people and manage performance
  • Understand the core behaviours required for effective Leadership, and assess your current Leadership Performance
Workshop 5: (Emotional Intelligence, Job Priorities & Managing Pressure)
  • Understand the role that Emotional Intelligence plays in Leadership
  • Develop our Top 5 job priorities
  • Investigate Managing Pressure
Prior to Workshop 5 you will complete a review of your 360 Feedback profile.
Workshop 6: (Workshop wrap)
  • Share and compare Leadership development action plans

  • All course materials, post programme resources and follow up via our TLS online learning platform

Cost:
This programme is equivalent to three days of leadership development training and the recommended retail price is $2,500 per person + GST. Our special price for the virtual leadership programme is $1,950 + GST per person and applies for registrations on the upcoming programmes listed below.
